Effingham Christian  Academy (Early Learning Center)   is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am. to 5:30pm( early drop off is at 6:30 am, and late pick up is at 6:00 pm)., 12 months of the year. All children must be at least 6 weeks old to attend as required by state license. We are an independent nonprofit center supported almost entirely by parent fees. It is necessary for all parents to understand, agree with, and sign a policy agreement.

Students may be Expelled for disruption,defiance,or rule breaking . Students may be terminated for Parental disruption at the discretion of Director/ CEO 

REGISTRATION: For infants and toddlers there is a $150 registration fee as well as one week of tuition is due as a non-refundable deposit upon enrollment of your child. The week of tuition will be credited to your child’s account once the little one starts attending the learning center.

Non-refundable. One-time, unless status becomes inactive.

INFANT/TODDLER CARE: 6 WEEKS - 2 YEARS OLD (non potty trained)

Full Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 5 days/week $250/week

Activity Fee:  $10 per child per month

CHILD CARE: 2 YEARS OLD - 4 YEARS OLD (potty trained)

Full Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 5 days/week $205/week

Activity Fee:  $10 per child per month

EARLY DROP OFF/LATE PICK UP: Early Drop Off is between 6:30 am to 7:00 am while Late Pick Up is between 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

Early Drop Off is an additional $25 fee per day and is due the Friday before next week's care. Late Pick Up is an additional $25 fee per day and is due the Friday before next week’s care.

Please notify administration of the need for early drop off and/or late pick up.

MAINTENANCE FEE: A $15 per family fee is required each quarter.

Multi-Child Discount: 1st child pays full price the second child - 10% off the total tuition rate

PAYMENT OF FEE POLICY:

All payments are due prior to care. Billing updates are sent via email at the beginning of each week and are payable by Friday of that week. Billing information can be viewed at any time via the Brightwheel app. Statements cover the next week’s child care. All tuition and fee payments are non-refundable.
